How to delete your account
- Sign in to GoDyrect.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Leave GoDyrect.
- Confirm that you understand deletion cannot be undone, then choose Delete my account.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and include “Data deletion request” in the subject line. We may request enough information to verify that the account is yours before processing the request.
02 — Scope
What we remove
Deleting an account removes the account profile and associated marketplace data, including businesses you created, listings, listing photos and video, saved opportunities, follows, messages, and notification device tokens.
Public listings and profile content stop being available in GoDyrect once the deletion is processed.
03 — Timing
When deletion happens
In-product account deletion is processed immediately. A verified email request is normally handled within 30 days.
We may retain limited information only where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Any retained data is not used to operate a deleted account.
